Location data is used only to tag inspection locations within reports.

Location data is not tracked, stored remotely, or shared.

Location access is optional and fully user-controlled.

3. Permissions Usage

The application requests the following permissions:

Camera

Used exclusively to capture inspection evidence photos.

Storage / Media Access

Used to save inspection photos, digital signatures, and generated PDF reports.

These permissions are used only for app functionality and not for analytics or tracking.

4. Data Sharing

Data may be shared only when the user manually initiates sharing, such as exporting a report via email, WhatsApp, or other installed applications.
